“No Relationship” Affidavit for Housemaids

I want to hire a housemaid with same nationality as mine. What to do?

This is a common scenario in hiring a housemaid here in UAE.  However, before proceeding to issuing visa, there is an additional requirement if you plan to hire a housemaid with the same nationality as yours.

“No Relationship” Affidavit is required from both sponsor and spouse.

1. Original passport and a copy of sponsor and spouse
2. Passport copy of housemaid.
3. Affidavit form  filled by attestation centre staff
4. Attestation Fees

Attestation Fee =  Dh 40.00
ICWF Fee =              Dh 10.00
Service Fee =          Dh 10.00
Total Payable =      Dh 60.00

This document can be collected after 1 hour and is a requirement upon application for Entry Visa of housemaid.
